APPOINTMENT

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation or “no-show” fee. We are a by-appointment-only salon, and our stylists rely on your timely cancellation. Please arrive on time for your appoinment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule you. 

If you have very long, curly, and/or thick hair, please add “additional styling” to your appointment to allow for the extra time it will take your stylist to blow dry and finish your hair. 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are unsatisfied with your service please call us within 7 days and we will be happy to remedy any problem you are having with your hair. We do not issue refunds.

EXTENSION DEPOSIT

Any cancellation or changes in an appointment must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment otherwise deposit will be forfeited. You must then make a new appointment and another deposit will be required. 

If you change the color or texture of your hair between the consultation and the application appointment, you agree to notify Salon Papillon prior to the application appointment to schedule a new consultation. A new deposit may be necessary. Once color/hair has been ordered, you are responsible for the cost of the ordered hair. 

Salon Papillon requires the payment to be guaranteed by a major credit card if you pay by check. If the check is returned, this agreement gives Salon Papillon the authorization to transpose the amount of the check onto the credit card given. If a major credit card is not available, cash is required. Salon Papillon will protect your privacy rights as a consumer and keep all information strictly confidential.
